Since 2003 smit | kempink development is known for designing and executing learning and development programs for companies and organizations, always in an authentic way. We do this by:
- Organizational Development
We support teams, departments and organizations as a whole in designing cultural or organizational development and help them realize their goals & desired change.
- Leadership Development
We support boards and management teams and design customized leadership programs for professionals as well as managers, always executing them in cooperation with our network of trainers and coaches.
We are driven in designing ‘new organizing’ and supporting ‘new leadership’ and ‘new professionals’.

In 2011 smit | kempink development also executes a program for Delta EMEA. After we successfully finished the first program, we were asked to develop another program. Our second Delta EMEA Talent Development Program will start at the 30th of March and run until the end of 2011. We are looking forward to meeting all new participants from 10 different nationalities (Finnish, Swiss, Russian, Dutch, Taiwanese, Belgium, Scottish, French, Iranian and German) at the end of March. At this very moment we are occupied with all the preparations.
